For the women who’ve been ignored, dismissed, and told to “just try IVF” — I built Nourishista for you.
Rewriting women’s fertility stories by uncovering and addressing the root causes of conception challenges, through personalized, holistic protocols that bridge conventional and natural medicine
If you’ve been struggling through an invisible fertility battle no one understands, while doctor after doctor dismisses your concerns with a quick “everything looks fine” and a repeated “IVF is your best option,” I see you. I know the frustration intimately. The self-doubt that’s loud as hell. The quiet fear that maybe something is wrong with me.
That experience is exactly why Nourishista exists. Because I’ve lived the same story. Five misdiagnoses. One last-ditch effort led by yours truly. Two healthy babies (one after 40). And a whole lot of digging no one else was willing to do.
The same advocacy and investigating I did for myself is exactly what I offer women every day, right here. You deserved this care and support all along. We all did. I’m dead set on making sure you finally get it. Welcome to the next chapter in your fertility story—let’s make it the best one yet.
You’re not a case file. And I’m not here to rush through yours.
When you trust me as your fertility specialist, I won’t just treat symptoms or push standard protocols. I slow things down, look deeper, and follow the clues most practitioners ignore. My form of root-cause care calls for equal parts investigation, intuition, and tough love—with context and support at every step.
I wasn’t born into this work, but I did walk straight through the fire to get into it.
Years ago, I was struggling with symptoms no doctor could explain. My cycle was off, my energy was wrecked, and appointment after appointment left me with zero answers and a lot of frustration. After way too many “we don’t know” responses, a naturopath finally helped me get to the bottom of it. For the first time, someone looked at my body and made it make sense. That experience changed how I saw medical care—and it deeply informs the way I work today.
I went on to study culinary nutrition, which helped me understand how food can either support or disrupt your body’s ability to function well. I started to see how simple shifts could improve energy, reduce inflammation, and support digestion—things that directly impact reproductive health. It didn’t teach me everything, but it laid the foundation. And it pushed me to go deeper.
When I started trying to conceive, I ran into the same wall so many of my clients hit. Five misdiagnoses. Dismissive doctors. “Everything looks normal.” “Come back when you’re ready for IVF.” No one bothered to look at the big picture and connect the seemingly small dots.
So I did what any reasonably pissed off and determined woman would do: fired my entire medical team. I built a new care team—practitioners who listened, questioned, and looked at the full picture with me. Within two weeks, we identified the root cause. After taking the time to heal and make lifestyle changes, I conceived my first child. And a few years later, I conceived my second (naturally, after 40).
That’s the kind of care I believe in. The kind that takes your whole story seriously. The kind that follows every breadcrumb until things finally make sense. And it’s the kind I offer every day through Nourishista.
If you’re here, maybe you’re ready for that too.
If you’re ready for unmatched support, real answers, and someone who fights for you as hard as you do, I’m here. When the timing feels right, reach out. I’ll be on the other end.
